C8NCEPT: Lomas de Marbella Club, 2018. Project of eight villas in a gated community.

The C8NCEPT villas is a highly select, gated community of eight luxurious private residences situated in one of the most desirable addresses in Marbella.

Situated in a premium location surrounded by greenery and palaces, within walking distance to the sumptuous beach clubs and facilities of the iconic Marbella Club and Puente Romano resort hotels nearby, the eight private residences that make up C8NCEPT are within minutes of Marbella town, Puerto Banús, golf, luxury spas, shopping, fine dining and international colleges, yet also private and secluded.

The ability to define the final dressing of the property made it possible for the clients to configure the villa further to their own style, needs and preferences.

Designed by the locally renowned Architecture firm founded by Chilean born architect CRISTIAN LARRAIN who was later joint by his current partner RODOLFO NONINI. PARAISO BELLEVUE: Marbella, 2001. Project of 32 Mediterranean design single family homes. 

Paraíso Bellevue is a development of 32 semi-detached houses in an already settled residential area, El Paraíso. It is very close to the borders of Estepona and Marbella, within the municipal area of Benahavís that is undoubtedly the Town Council providing the best services for its neighbours. With three first-class golf courses within 900 metres and 800 metres from the Mediterranean Sea, it was created as a project in an exceptional area.

ALCAZABA HILLS: Casares, 1989-2013 (300.000m2 – today Alcazaba Lagoon Estepona).

Alcazaba Hills is at 6kms distance from Estepona Golf and 10 minutes’ drive from Necrópolis Prehistórica de Corominas.

Satisfactory negotiation of the land use change with the regional authorities to allow the construction of 400 residential units and 1 hotel. In 2004, Bajjali Consulting introduced this group to a group of investors who subsequently purchased the property. This acquisition meant that the owners multiplied their liquid value by 11.

ALCAZABA BEACH HOUSES: Marbella, 1987. Beachfront project of 33 residential units.

Alcazaba Beach Houses was conceived in 1987 as one of the first beachfront complex on the Estepona area. It is a private and gated community, on the beachfront and close to a wide variety of services. With excellent well-kept tropical gardens, two small lakes, a large adult pool, children’s pool and a private gym. Still nowadays, almost 40 years later, one gets the feeling of being in a development that today remains an icon of the style of Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

STAND-ALONE VILLAS:
Bajjali Consulting has been able to complete over 100 stand-alone villas. As an example, one of the last projects was Villa Cactus: El Paraíso, Estepona, 2019. Plot: 2.100m2 –Total Construction: 903m2. Responsible of each phase, from design and layout to construction, materials, technology amenities and finishes. Designer, Femont Galvan Designers.
